Difference Between Visa Debit and Interac Online

Visa Debit is a brand of debit cards. If your bank card has the Visa Debit logo (check the bottom left-hand corner of the card), you can purchase using Visa Debit. 
 
Interac Online is a payment method available to Interac bank cardholders. If your bank card has an Interac logo, and you have set up online banking for your account, you may be able to purchase using Interac Online. If you are having trouble purchasing with Interac Online or Visa Debit, please:
  1. Ensure that you have followed the directions and entered your number correctly 
  2. Ensure that you have enough funds in your account 
If you are still having issues, please contact the bank that issued your bank card.
